Four-row cylindrical roller bearing 313891A (150x230x156mm) is a very popular bearing for high-speed long rolling mill. Its outer ring assembly R313891A and inner sleeve L313891A (Bushing) are interchangeable parts. FV is a well-known manufacturer of rolling mill bearings.
