Four-row cylindrical roller bearing BC4B 319659 (200x280x170mm) is a very popular bearing for high-speed long rolling mill. Its outer ring assembly RBC4B 319659 and inner sleeve LBC4B 319659 (Bushing) are interchangeable parts. FV is a well-known manufacturer of rolling mill bearings.
